Who Are We
Summit Planners Cluster is a cluster of branch units representing Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd. We have grown from the smallest cluster with 84 representatives in 2015. As of 2021, we are a strong team with more than 500 representatives and still counting.
What We Do
Summit Planners Cluster provides Individual and Business Owners with one stop integrated financial services. We use our DIRREECT™ and 9W™ to help our clients in their financial planning.
Our Promise

Our daily morning training and experienced consultant sharing will equip you with the skill and knowledge provide advice on different life stages of your clients, including mass affluent, high net worth and ultra high net worth.

Our Training
At Summit Planner, we placed strong emphasis on our training and development programme. As we believed that training can efficiently influence our representatives’ performance and improves their skills and knowledge of the job. Most importantly, it will develop and build their confidence in their abilities.
Event
At Summit Planners, we organise different events such as client appreciation/acquisition programmes each year to provide networking opportunities for our representatives. We are also big in organizing recruitment webinars as we believed that we could reach potential candidates and better answer their questions on our business.
Contest
We placed strong emphasis in recognising our top awardees through the various contests each year. Through the contests, our representatives are able to challenge themselves to achieve greater heights.
Consultation Approach
At Summit Planners, we perform an in-depth review of client’s situation and develop a strategy or solution to meet their needs. This involves aligning client’s financial direction and providing solutions for client and their family in every stage of their life.

As we move towards a digital world, integrating the digital technology is a critical aspect of our business. It increases productivity and deliver values to our customers.
LMS System
Digital learning allows some element of control over time, place, and pace. With the launched of our e-learning platform, our representatives can learn at their own speed and focus on relevant areas that can help them excel.

Welcome to Summit Planners Cluster!
Summit Planners Cluster was the smallest cluster when Manulife FA was operational in April 2015. Within a short period of time, we became one of the largest clusters with more than 500+ consultants with more than $100 million APE in 2021.
We have groomed more than 179 MDRT in 2021. We aim to groom at least 200 MDRT for 2022.
We will continue to strengthen our platform for our consultants to deliver their services to their clients. We will continue to equip our consultants through training, coaching and mentoring program to ensure that everyone is part of our journey of success. We have our own Digitial Team, Marketing Team, Knowledge Team and BSC Team to ensure your compliance with the relevant guidelines.
