Definitions
Manulife FA
refers to Manulife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.
Cluster
refers to Summit Planners Cluster, a group of branch units representing Manulife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.
Campaign
refers to this Client Appreciation promotion.
Voucher
refers to 2 movie tickets from Golden Village.
Campaign Period：
The Campaign will end on 14 October 2022 at 11:59PM (“Campaign Period”)
Eligibility
This Campaign is open to all existing and new clients of the Cluster (“Participant”).
You will receive the Voucher when you meet your Financial Services Consultant from the Cluster.
The Cluster and Manulife FA will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of the Voucher.
The Cluster reserves the right to substitute the Voucher without having to provide prior notice or reason(s) for the replacement.
The Voucher is issued by third party merchants. The Cluster and Manulife FA are not agents of the merchants, as such will not be liable or responsible for any errors, omissions or non-performance of the merchants. Neither will the Cluster and Manulife FA be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result or in connection with use of the Voucher.
All decisions made by the Cluster in connection with this Campaign (including the interpretation of terms and conditions) shall be final and binding on all parties. No appeal will be entertained. The Cluster has the right and discretion to determine whether the Client has met all the requirements of the Campaign to receive the Voucher.
The Cluster or Manulife FA may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Campaign without any notice or liability to any party.
By participating in this Campaign, you consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) ("Act") to the collection, use, disclosure of your personal data by/to Manulife FA and the Cluster and such other third parties as the Manulife FA and/or the Cluster may reasonably consider necessary for the purpose of the Campaign and confirm that you agree to be bound by the terms of the Manulife Statement of Personal Data Protection, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by the Organizers from time to time, a copy of which can be found on

The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign will be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Golden Village Conditions for using the Voucher
Valid till 31 October 2023
Valid at all Golden Village Singapore Cinemas, for one time use only.
Valid for all days and sessions except for Eves of & On Christmas Day / New Year Day and first 2 days of Chinese New Year.
Not valid for Gold Class Cinemas, Premium priced halls (such as Gemini, Duo Deluxe etc), premium-priced films (eg. 3D films, ATMOS etc), group bookings, film marathons, film festival and premieres.
Not valid for telephone, internet, Automated Ticketing Machines and iGV bookings.
This voucher does not guarantee seating and must be exchanged for an admission ticket at the box office.
Not more than 20 vouchers to be presented at any one time at the box office for this exchange. No refunds will be given.
Not for re-sale and not redeemable for cash.
Golden Village will not be responsible for any lost vouchers.
Golden Village will not accept expired vouchers and entertain revalidation requests.
